THE ROTTED have been added to the sold out Hammerfest festival alongside OPETH, CATHEDRAL, PARADISE LOST, SAXON and over 50 other acts in total appearing across the 2 days for what is likely to become the annual spring metal event of the year.

THE ROTTED are also confirmed to appear at the inaugural UK DEATHFEST which will take place in Leeds in May 2009.

THE ROTTED will join VADER, REPULSION, ORIGIN, AKERCOCKE and BENEDICTION at the 16 band, two-stage event at the Leeds University Union on Bank Holiday Sunday, May 3, 2009, which is being organised by the team behind Damnation Festival.
